UPHAGENA TOWER

Concept for the reconstruction of an iconic office building located on Miszewskiego Street in Gdansk. In our concept, we couldn't imagine not exposing the distinctive reinforced concrete structural supports located on the first floor. In response to student demand, the office function was replaced by a modern dormitory with a co-living function. The space in front of the building has been cleaned up, a public square and a city fountain have been formed, along with food gardens. On the roof of the last condo we located a public viewing terrace. The building had 4200 sqm PC.
