Hotel in Białobrzegi

The concept of development of an area of over 50,000 m2 on the Zegrze Reservoir in Białobrzegi. In addition to the apartment complex located in the forested part of the area, a hotel and conference complex has been designed with a private marina and beach. The unusual layout of the hotel results from respecting the existing trees, relief and providing almost everything guests have a view of the Zegrze Reservoir. The hotel's shapes are arranged around an intimate promenade leading to the marina and beach. </br> </br> Particular attention was paid to the maximum preservation of the existing trees - both the hotel and the apartments are integrated into the existing area. </br> </br> The concept assumes the construction of:</br> -200 hotel apartments</br> -800 m2 of conference rooms</br> -2 restaurants</br> -100 apartments</br> -300 parking spaces</br> - accompanying recreational facilities (swimming pool complex, spa, beach, marina with at least 8-10 seats, climbing wall, mini golf, shooting range, bowling alley, fitness)
