The concept of a thorough modernization of the existing one buildings that once served as a carpentry shop. We have retained the industrial character of the buildings at the same time giving it a contemporary, office character - large glazing, introducing greenery on the façade. As part of adaptation and change of the functional system rooms were almost created 1,600 m2 of office space including open spaces, conference rooms, social rooms and archives. The space around the building has been developed for parking lots and space recreational for the facility's users.
