The building will now serve a residential function. The architectural form (building shape, proportions, and floor plan layout, as well as the type and form of the roof) and the external finishing elements stylistically reference contemporary architecture and the surrounding development. The investment will comprise a building with 2, 3, and 4 above-ground storeys and 1 underground storey. It is designed using traditional masonry construction with reinforced concrete cores. The number of storeys increases gradually — starting from two in the north-eastern part of the structure, moving to three in the central section, and ending with four storeys in the western part of the plot. This modern architectural building, with its unique U-shaped layout, forms a harmonious blend of varied elements, resulting in a distinctive and visually attractive structure. Considering its plan, the variation in height and the composition of different storey counts give the building a dynamic and contemporary appearance. The diversity of heights is one of the building’s key features. The two-storey, three-storey, and four-storey sections interweave, creating an interesting structure and giving the building an original character. The façade of the building is kept in a contemporary style. Light beige plaster dominates the lower part of the volume, giving the structure a modern and elegant look. Copper-coloured plaster, prevailing in the upper sections, adds energy and contrast, making the building even more expressive. Inserts of grey metallic-textured plaster are strategically placed, creating intriguing architectural details. Anthracite-coloured window joinery complements the rest of the colour scheme perfectly, emphasising the building’s modern character. Glass balcony balustrades, along with large loggias and balconies, give the whole composition lightness and openness while providing residents with outdoor living spaces. The overall composition forms a harmonious unity, where the variety of elements work together seamlessly, resulting in a unique building that stands out in its surroundings and draws attention with its modern form. The ground floor of the northern part of the building has been raised by 1.8 metres above the original level 0. The entrance to Stairwell D is accessible from the same level as the other stairwell entrances. The height difference of 1.8 metres between the entrance to Stairwell D and the ground floor level is bridged using stairs and a through-type lift. The through-type lift can stop at level “0” on the entrance side and at the raised ground floor level +1.8, where the apartments are located.
