BMW House

Construction and detailed design of a single-family house for car enthusiasts. The plot's unfavorable location in terms of sunlight exposure required unusual solutions aimed at creating a bright, sunny interior. Therefore, the building's structure consists of horizontal lighting in the ridge and glazing in the entrance area, ensuring sunlight from the south. This solution ensured a constant supply of sunlight while creating an interesting, open space. The skylights in the ridge will also serve a ventilation function in the summer (airflow). The entire house is covered with silver-gray titanium zinc sheet metal, emphasizing the minimalist character of the house.
