Kołłątaja

A design for a multi-family building in the center of Gdynia, consisting of several spacious apartments and an underground parking garage. A recreational terrace for residents with a view of the sea and the port is located on the roof of the building. The architecture directly references Gdynia's modernist traditions, but we used contemporary materials: black trapezoidal sheet metal, Pilkington Profilite glass, and plaster with basalt admixtures.
