House in Straszyn

A design for a single-story house with an area of 190 m2 located on a plot with a view of the forest. The guiding principle and design intention was to provide residents with 100% intimacy and privacy. The rooms are located in a way that ensures optimal use of sunlight and the advantages of the plot. The northern part houses the garage, communication area, kitchen, and technical rooms. The southern part features a garden with a terrace connecting all the rooms of the household, offering a view of the sun and the forest. Simple materials were used in the construction, but great attention was paid to the window frames.
