A multi-family housing concept involving the construction of 30 apartments with a garage hall. The plot is located in the coastal strip, which inspired the use of beige, brown, and gray colors for the facade. A characteristic feature of the concept is the preservation of a 600-year-old oak tree as a landmark of the area.
