Multi-disciplinary construction and executive design of a 6-branch kindergarten located in the center of Warsaw. The kindergarten, with its minimalist and simple structure and monochromatic façade, stands in contrast to the urban fabric teeming with advertisements, banners, signs, and slogans. The plot is developed in such a way that an atrium serving as a playground for children is created in its central part. An interesting element is a 4.5-meter multifunctional wall with swings and climbing elements, which also serves as an acoustic and visual buffer from the street running along the fence. The sand-colored brick refers to the nearby seaside area, and the warm colors include beige and gray. The complex will consist of three multi-family buildings and an intimate neighborhood of exclusive semi-detached houses. A major advantage of the estate will be the approximately 30% of the area designated for tall greenery and an intimate square with small services that will bring residents together.
