Estate

An architectural and urban design covering a complex of multi-family and single-family buildings. The concept is divided into four independent stages. The estate will feature a walking and recreation area for residents. The dominant finishing material is sand-colored brick, referring to the nearby coastal areas, and warm colors: beige and gray. The complex will consist of three multi-family buildings and an intimate neighborhood of exclusive semi-detached houses. A major advantage of the estate will be the approximately 30% of the area designated for tall greenery and an intimate square with small services that will bring residents together.
