Residential development

The project is being implemented in the urban area of Źródła Marii in Gdynia, which is under conservation protection. The new development is being built on the site of a building that was demolished due to its poor technical condition. One of the design conditions was to adapt the scale and dimensions to the neighboring buildings – the buildings on the side of Źródło Marii Street were visually “undercut” with a graphite color on the ground floor, giving the building a lighter character.
