Brick house

A C-shaped house design with an area of 260 m2 located on a triangular plot. The house, with its simple and modern shape, blends in with its immediate surroundings thanks to the use of brick facades. On the ground floor, apart from a garage for two cars, a study, and a small gym, there is, of course, a living area with a living room, dining room, and kitchen. The living room features large windows facing south towards the garden and an open space “above” the living room, creating an interesting and inspiring relaxation area. The first floor has bedrooms and bathrooms, and thanks to a large dormer window overlooking the greenery and sunny south, every morning will start on a positive note 🙂 Thanks to the courtesy of the company “Manufaktura Cegieł,” we had a great time comparing dozens of types of bricks and choosing “the best one” with the investor 🙂
