Hotel in Bialobrzegi

A development concept for an area of over 50,000 m2 on the Zegrze Reservoir in Białobrzegi. In addition to a complex of apartments located in a wooded area, a hotel and conference complex with a private marina and beach has been designed. The unusual layout of the hotel is due to the desire to preserve the existing tree stand and terrain, and to ensure that almost all guests have a view of the Zegrze Reservoir. The hotel buildings are arranged around an intimate promenade leading to the marina and beach. Particular attention was paid to preserving the existing tree stand as much as possible – both the hotel and the apartments are integrated into the existing terrain. The concept involves the construction of: -200 hotel apartments -800 m2 of conference rooms -2 restaurants -100 apartments -300 parking spaces -accompanying recreational facilities (a complex of swimming pools, spa, beach, marina with at least 8-10 berths, climbing wall, mini golf, shooting range, bowling alley, fitness center)
