The creative process
From idea to implementation in just a few steps
Meeting
The first meeting is one of the most important elements of the process of creating and getting to know your preferences. During the meeting, we discuss your needs and requirements, budget, and aesthetic preferences. We know from experience that needs, sensitivities, and priorities vary. We respect this and treat each investor individually. The meeting is necessary because it cannot be denied that for the cooperation to proceed as both parties expect, there must be “chemistry.” We prefer to meet in our studio because we can immediately present not only our designs but also material samples and technological innovations.
Inventory
Inventory, i.e. measurements of actual dimensions in the room, is the initial stage of cooperation. If the investment is in the implementation phase, we work on the designs provided by the Investor, making additional measurements where possible – we strive to ensure that the detailed design is based only on actual dimensions.
3D models
The basis for starting work on the concept is a 3D model created on the basis of an inventory or submitted designs. We create a 3D model of the interior.
Functional layout
At the beginning, we work on the functionality of the interior and its adaptation to the client's requirements and needs. We analyze many aspects and usually come up with several variants, discussing all the solutions that we consider logical with the client. The presentation is made using a schematic 3D model that allows you to move around the interior. This helps you to orientate yourself in the space and understand its relationships. At this stage, the model is still simplified and monochromatic.
Preliminary concept and mood boards
The most important element of every project is the guiding principle that gives the designed interiors a consistent character. This is an extremely interesting and creative stage, during which many sketches and working models are created. It is worth devoting sufficient time to this stage. We “dress” the functional layout with colors, furniture, and lighting, and discuss possible material options based on samples and material and color combinations.
Visualisations
Once the final functional layout and direction of the project have been selected, we move on to creating visualizations using specific furniture, colors, lighting, and materials. The purpose of the visualizations is to show what the investment will look like after the renovation is complete.
Documentation
Detailed documentation and cost estimate. We move on to the detailed cost estimate after the concept has been approved. In this document, we prepare detailed information on all the equipment and their prices. It is worth remembering that the entire concept is created from the outset based on a known budget, and the cost estimate only clarifies and specifies it. Once the cost estimate has been approved, we move on to the detailed design needed by the construction team and carpenter. We provide the design in the form of printed documentation (design book) and digital documentation.
Contractors and orders
For our customers, we coordinate orders from Poland and abroad, and if necessary, we recommend reliable contractors whom we can trust.
Implementation
Author supervision during implementation allows any doubts that may arise during the execution stage to be dispelled and ensures that everything goes according to plan.

Timely and budget-compliant implementation
At the contract signing stage, a schedule and preliminary budget for implementation and execution are established, and a component of the project is a list of materials and costs for finishing materials, furniture, lighting, etc.
