Flats on the Escarpment

A multi-family housing project on one of the most interesting plots we have had the pleasure of designing – the difference in elevation between its extreme points is almost 15 meters. The shape of the plot and the conditions resulting from its impact on neighboring plots determined the shape of the building, which has a stepped, terraced character. The building has 6 apartments with an elevator and a garage hall. Each apartment has a terrace of several dozen square meters with a view of the panorama of Mały Kack in Gdynia. The architecture is economical and minimalist in white and gray colors with a large amount of panoramic glazing.
