Office building Kokoszki v2

The second variant of the office building concept with an area of approx. 450 m2. An interesting fact is that the central part of the designed building will use the existing reinforced concrete structure on a 10x10 m square plan, which will be superimposed and expanded. The building will be located in the industrial district of Gdańsk, near the airport, and its color scheme will reflect the character of its surroundings—a simple, austere structure that fits in with the industrial environment right next to a concrete prefabrication factory.
