Co-Living

The project was inspired by a trend that is gaining popularity in Western Europe. The building has a co-living function, combining dormitory rooms with common areas including study spaces, a TV room, a fitness room, a laundry room, and simply a place to spend time together. The facility has 52 rooms and a number of features designed to bring residents together.
