Old River House

The subject of the investment is a holiday home with a detached garage located in the village of Stara Rzeka, Osie municipality. The plot in question, with an area of 3700 m2, is triangular in shape and offers a unique view of the river and a steep slope towards the north-west. The front elevation of the planned building faces the longest side of the plot, and its form and materials refer to the traditional architecture of the region (Bory Tucholskie). The three-layer facade is designed with solid brick in a natural shade. Automatic shutters are also used to protect the building from overheating in summer and to ensure safety outside the season. The living area, which includes a spacious living room with a kitchen and dining room, offers a view of the valley. In the immediate vicinity of the kitchen, there is a pantry and a bathroom with a boiler room. The private area includes bedrooms and a bathroom, from which you can not only admire the view, but also listen to the river flowing in the distance when the windows are open.
