Old Oliva Tenement House

The project is being implemented in the urban area of Stara Oliwa, which is listed in the register of monuments. The new development is being built on the site of a single-story building, which was demolished due to its poor technical condition. One of the design conditions was the obligation to recreate the outline of the existing buildings and to use details such as columns and cornices. The designed building, with its traditional shape and minimalist details, fits in with the historical character of its immediate surroundings, contributing to the improvement of the quality of urban space.
