Master plan concept for plots with an area of 2.6 hectares, including a construction and detailed design for phase I of a residential development. The backbone of the development is a public space for residents running through the entire site. Along it, there are places for exercising, running, walking, and resting. The dominant facade material is brick in several shades, giving the buildings a slightly Dutch character.
