Joinery Business Park

The concept of a thorough modernization of the existing building, which once served as a carpentry workshop. We have preserved the industrial character of the building, while giving it a contemporary, office-like feel – large glazed areas, introduction of greenery to the façade. As part of the adaptation and change of the functional layout of the rooms, almost 1,600 m2 of office space was created, including open spaces, conference rooms, social rooms, and archives. The space around the building has been developed for parking and recreational space for the users of the facility.
