Uphagen Tower

The concept of the redevelopment of an iconic office building located on Miszewskiego Street in Gdańsk. In our concept, we could not imagine not exposing the characteristic reinforced concrete structural supports located on the ground floor. In response to student demand, the office function was replaced by a modern dormitory with a co-living function. The space in front of the building was tidied up, and a public square and city fountain with outdoor dining areas were created. We located a public observation deck on the roof of the top floor. The facility had a total floor area of 4,200 m2.
