Villa Marmar

A multi-disciplinary project for a multi-family building involving the thorough modernization of existing single-family housing located in one of the most prestigious locations in Gdynia – Kamienna Góra. Kamienna Góra is known for its intimate and villa-like character – it is not without reason that it is listed in the register of monuments as a protected urban area. After reconstruction and extension, the building will house several exclusive apartments. The guiding principle of the project was to refer to the modernist traditions found in Gdynia, giving it a contemporary character – the building is finished in white plaster with rustication, with stone inserts at the windows, topped with a minimalist blind that is its hallmark.
