W3 workshop

Our largest project in terms of size, combining the functions of a workshop with a comfortable living area located on the first floor. It is an interesting proposition for anyone considering a long-term investment in their own business and wanting to combine it with family life. On the ground floor, there is a spacious customer service room with a waiting area, a workshop manager's office, and a meeting room. Further on, there is a toilet for customers and a separate toilet for mechanics, accessible from the immediate vicinity of the workshop hall. This part also houses a hygiene and sanitary facility with a staff room. The first floor, accessible from the staircase, has a living area consisting of a living room, kitchen, and dining room. The sleeping area has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a dressing room. The sleeping area is located on the side of the entrance to the workshop, which is usually open until 6:00 p.m., and the living area is on the “back” side, which allows for comfortable use of the residential area. On the ground floor, in the workshop area, in addition to the mechanical workstations, there is a technical/storage room, a spare parts warehouse, a tire service, and a customer parts deposit. A paint shop complements the functionality.
