Apartments on the Escarpment

Multifamily development project on one of the most interesting plots we have had the pleasure of designing on - the difference in terrain between its extreme points is almost 15m. The shape of the plot and the conditions resulting from the impact on neighboring plots neighboring plots determined the shape of the block with a stepped, terraced character. The building is designed with 6 apartments with elevator and garage hall. Each of the apartments has a several dozen square meter terrace overlooking the panorama of Mały Kack in Gdynia. The architecture has an economical and minimalist character in whites and grays with lots of panoramic glazing.
