BMW House

Construction and detailed design of a single-family house , for car enthusiasts. The plot, with its unfavourable location in relation to the world's directions in terms of sunlight, forced some unusual solutions to create a bright, sunny interior. Accordingly, the body of the building consists of horizontal glazing in the ridge and glazing in the entrance area to provide sunlight from the south. This glazing has made it possible to ensure a constant flow of sunlight while at the same time creating an interesting open space. The skylights in the ridge will also serve as ventilation in summer (ventilation). The entire house is covered with titanium zinc sheeting in silver-grey, emphasising the minimalist character of the house.
