Co-Living

The project is inspired by a trend that is gaining increasing popularity in Western Europe. The building has a co-living function, i.e. it combines dormitory rooms with common areas including study areas, a TV room, a fitness room, laundry facilities or simply a place to spend time together. The building has 52 rooms and a range of functions to integrate the residents.
