Diamond estate

Architectural and urban planning study covering a complex of multi-family and single-family housing. The concept is implemented with a division into IV independent stages. In the area of the estate, walking and recreational space for residents is envisaged. The dominant finishing material is sand-colored brick, referring to the near vicinity of coastal areas, and warm colors: beiges, grays. The development complex will include 3 multi-family buildings and an intimate estate of semi-detached houses of exclusive character. A great asset of the estate will be about 30% of the area allocated for high greenery and an intimate square with intimate services integrating residents.
