Estate in Straszyn

A masterplan concept for the 2.6hA plots, together with construction and detailed design for phase one of the residential development. The backbone of the housing development is a public space for residents running through the entire development. Along it, areas for exercise, running, walking and resting are located. The dominant facade material is brick in several shades, giving the buildings a slightly Dutch character.
