House in Straszyn

The project of a one-story house of 190 sqm located on a plot overlooking the forest. The main idea and design intention was to provide residents with 100% intimacy and privacy. Rooms are located in a way that ensures optimal use of sunlight and advantages of the plot. The garage, communication, kitchen and technical rooms are located in the northern part. In the southern part there is a garden with a terrace connecting all the rooms of the house with exposure to the view, sun and forest. Simple materials were used in the construction, but great attention was paid to the window frames.
