Oak Corner

A concept for a multi-family development involving the construction of 30 apartments with a garage hall. The site is located in the coastal strip, which was the inspiration for maintaining the color scheme of the facade in tones of beiges, browns and grays. A distinctive element of the concept is the leaving of a more than 600-year-old oak tree as a landmark of the site.
