Promienna Building

A project for a commercial and residential development of approximately 3,000 m2 PC. The architecture of the building is a result of the provisions of the Local Development Plan (MPZP), which determined the shape of the building by means of building lines, thanks to which a small patio was created in its interior. This patio not only provides natural light, but is also the element around which the main communication inside the building has been designed. The urban planners deserve credit for allowing an additional storey on the corner, which fits in very well with the existing urban layout.
