Semi-detached development

The concept of semi-detached housing on a long and narrow agricultural plot converted to construction. In the immediate vicinity there are traditional buildings with stone foundations reaching up to 1.5m in height. This became the inspiration for the use of stone and "undercutting" the first floor with it. This is the first variant of the development concept for this plot, using materials such as natural stone and ventilated facades made of stone slabs.
