Stara Oliwa tenement house

The project is implemented in the area of ​​the urban layout of Stara Oliwa, entered into the register of monuments. The new development is being built on the site of a single-story building that was demolished due to its poor technical condition. One of the design conditions was the obligation to recreate the outline of the existing buildings and the use of details in the form of columns and cornices. The designed facility with a traditional shape and sparse details fits into the historical character of the immediate surroundings, contributing to improving the quality of urban space.
