Tenement house Gdynia Wąsowicza

A project for a boutique building with an intimate character and 18 residential units. The building is located in Gdynia and its character refers to the best architectural traditions of the modernism period. Its refinement is enhanced by high-quality materials (stone cladding), large glazed areas and distinctive curved corners.
