Workshop

The L-shaped project consists of two main functional parts: an office part with a customer service room and a workshop part with technical rooms and employee welfare facilities. </br> </br> On the ground floor, in the public area, there is a spacious waiting room with a reception desk. The workshop is equipped with an additional entrance from the back. In the back room there are 2 office rooms, a toilet and a social annex. There are additional rooms on the first floor that can be used as office or living space - depending on your needs. </br> </br> In the workshop part, apart from repair stations, there is a boiler room, a compressor room, social facilities and a hygiene and sanitary facility for mechanics. The workshop has 2 utility levels - in part of the hall there is a mezzanine intended as additional storage space. Social rooms for mechanics were designed above the boiler room and compressor room.
